Kutter KN-330V

Cutters are designed for fine grinding of soft meat raw materials and turning it into a homogeneous mass. Raw meat in cutters is crushed using rapidly rotating sickle-shaped knives mounted on a shaft.

The knives are alternately immersed in a bowl rotating at a frequency of up to 0.3 s-1. Grinding is carried out in open bowls or under vacuum. In addition, cutters combine the processes of grinding and mixing.
