1. Functional purpose

Designed for grinding fresh meat and performing other technological operations depending on the equipment used.

Designed for processing various types of minced meat.

2. The process performed by the equipment

The jig grinds frozen meat blocks with dimensions of 600 x 400 x 200 mm. Raw materials, due to the rotation of the feeding and working screws, pass through the rotating system of knives between fixed grates and are crushed.

3. Principle of operation of the equipment

Forced supply of raw materials to the working part is carried out by an auxiliary screw - this ensures constant loading of the cutting mechanism and high specific productivity. The working auger has windings that decrease in the direction of product discharge. Meat with the appropriate weight and temperature is fed into the loading hopper and sent to the cutting mechanism by screws.

The most important part of the spindle is the cutting mechanism.
